This subscription process is carried out independently and outside the domain of the Site. Once subscribed, all services are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in a Master Client Agreement executed between UAbility and the client.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all materials presented on the Site (including but not limited to text, audio, video, and graphical images), trademarks, and logos are the property of UAbility Pvt Ltd. (‘UAbility’), its parent, affiliates, and associates (if any) and are protected under applicable Indian laws. Any infringement will be vigorously defended to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
Consent for Communication
By submitting your contact details on any form, chat, or subscription box on the Site, you expressly authorise UAbility Private Limited (UAbility.in) and its representatives to contact you via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Phone Call for updates, promotional offers, and service-related communication, even if your phone number is registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry.
Furthermore, our enquiry forms include the following declaration that you acknowledge and agree to when submitting your information:
“I authorise UAbility Private Limited (UAbility.in) & its representatives to contact me with updates and notifications via Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Call. This will override DND/NDNC.”
By continuing to use our Site and services, you consent to this communication policy and waive any liability on UAbility arising out of such contact attempts made in good faith.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000. The Courts in Gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
All disputes shall be adjudicated through arbitration under the mandate of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, with seat and venue of arbitration at Gurugram.
Force Majeure
While UAbility will strive to provide constant access to the Site, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any delay or disruption in service.
The present Policy shall be read contemporaneously and in harmony with other policies of UAbility.
