(This refund policy shall apply only to Clients who have signed the Master Client Agreement on or after March 5, 2025, the Master Client Agreement signed before the stipulated date shall be governed by its own substantive terms of refund incorporated within the agreement.)
THE PRESENT REFUND POLICY OUTLINES THE PROCEDURE GOVERNING ANY REQUEST OR DEMAND FOR A REFUND BY THE CLIENT WHILE UNDERGOING THE COACHING AND TRAINING PROCESS UNDER UABILITY.
UAbility Private Limited and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as “UAbility,” “the Company,” “We,” or “Us”) is dedicated to offering premier education and training services focused on digital marketing and business development to businesses. Based in India, our operations and interactions with clients are governed by the laws of India.
Every request or demand for a refund by the Client on any ground will be sanctioned or approved by UAbility only when the Client demonstrates strict adherence to the terms and stipulations of the Standard Operating Procedure along-with other stipulations of the Master Client Agreement which is executed between UAbility and the Client pursuant to subscription of UAbility’s services by the Client.
Any request/ demand for a refund shall be made by the client only after the end/ expiration of mentorship period, i.e. the term of subscription with UAbility but the same request/ demand for refund shall be made within a period of one (1) months from the date of end/ expiration of the mentorship period.
Standard Operating Procedure is a transcribed scheduled routine given by UAbility to the client after signing of the present agreement. It is an ever-changing collation of dedicated milestones (interchangeably termed as activation points) and corresponding directives (interchangeably termed as action items) for the client to help achieve such milestones. Standard Operating Procedure is subject to changes in real time updates and peculiar suggestions, directives specifically introduced according to the circumstances relevant to the Client. As the Client progresses with the course the Standard Operating Procedure will undergo changes in the form of new suggestions, opinions, directives and milestones to deal with the respective needs of the Client corresponding to the Client’s progress in the course.
Any deviation from the Standard Operating Procedure absolves UAbility from any liability on account of not delivering any positive results to the Client.
UAbility is not in the business of selling “get rich quick” schemes or guaranteed business opportunities. Our core belief is that through education, individuals are better equipped to make informed decisions to enhance the commercial growth of their respective business, though we do not guarantee financial success.

This policy should be read in conjunction with the refund terms outlined in the Master Client Agreement. It serves only as a general overview of UAbility’s refund mechanism and does not supersede or replace the specific terms set forth in the Master Client Agreement.
In the event of any conflict between the refund policy outlined herein and the terms governing refund of subscription fees in the Master Client Agreement, the terms of the Master Client Agreement shall prevail in all circumstances, without exception.
The present Policy shall be read contemporaneously and in harmony with other policies of UAbility.
